They only want your money, please avoid any dealership owned by palladino

Poor after sales service. Got my CX-50 booked in for an oil change and informed them about two issues. One was some stain on the dash and the other one was damaged front right sensor. Jennifer from service dept told me the sensor is ordered and will be changed under warranty and my work order is open. Their service department manager checked the dash issue and told me she will get back to me on that and it will be covered under warranty. She just needs to figure out some details and I will be called with the upcoming week. Ever since that conversation its been 4 months and i have tried numerous times by call and text messages to get an update but they didn’t have the decency to give me an answer. Its always taking a message and getting back to me which they never did. This is a very pathetic behaviour from a service department. When I purchased the vehicle back in 2023, the dealership felt nice and friendly. The sales guy Alex was very good. I wanted to give a top review but waited to see how their service department is and I am very disappointed by their actions. I hope this complaint reaches to the top management and they take some actions to resolve the issues.

I had a great experience with Paula, the service advisor. She was very attentive and followed up on every detail regarding my car service. She patiently answered all my questions and ensured that I fully understood the process. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I just purchased my second vehicle from the Palladino auto group and just like the first one I wasn’t disappointed at Palladino Mazda. I got the vehicle I wanted at a very good price. All the staff I dealt with were very nice and helpful. Many thanx for the pleasant experience.
