I love my car but hate dealing with this dealership. The service department is a complete joke—constant turnover, and I keep getting bounced from manager to manager with no resolution. I purchased their Tricare product, which is supposed to cover replacing my cracking seat, but after over a year of back-and-forth, they still haven’t fulfilled their obligation. Now they’re claiming they have no record of my claim and want me to bring the car back for another estimate. I’ve emailed the current Manager, Vanessa, and the GM, but no one has responded. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is unacceptable.

Just went in today with my grandparents to look at a vehicle I had my eye on, and what an awesome experience. I had never gone to a car lot before and was feeling a little nervous as I didn’t know what to expect or what questions to ask. Tristan Tulini was the sales consultant I was working with and he was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that I was properly set up, answered all my questions, concerns and worked with me to get the best rates available for me. overall great experience! My grandfather really enjoyed his costumer service as well. great team , great service and would definitely deal with them again! Super happy! Can’t wait for my new ride !

My partner and I did not realize we had come in 30 min till closing, but Jacob took us in to look at cars no problem! They were very kind and very helpful. Although we did not end up leaving with a vehicle I would strongly recommend working with Jacob and his team! Thanks!

Spoke with Tristan on a Thursday inquiring about a used vehicle. To his credit, he was polite and answered all my questions. Called back the following Tuesday to put in an offer over the phone to which I was told he would check. After several calls and emails following up on where my offer was, I finally called reception on Friday, only to be told the vehicle has been sold a week ago. I'm not mad I missed out on the vehicle but I think it's common courtesy to send a 2 minute email to inform me that it's gone.

I am very happy I went to Palladino Mazda, I was greeted by salesperson Anthony Scola like an old friend. He and all the team are 10/10. I purchased a 2025 CX-30 GS, which was in transit. Anthony arranged a loaner. He said Cx-30 would arrive on Oct 14 and IT DID. I definitely recommend Palladino Mazda, all the staff, were great !! My experience was stress free and actually very enjoyable. I hadn't realized how many gr8 features this SUV has, I purchased the LUXURY pkg.I LOVE MY CX30 and now watching, YouTube videos " tips and tricks and how to use. I BOUGHT THE RIGHT VEHICLE FROM THE RIGHT DEALERSHIP. Thanks everyone for your amazing attitude and putting your customers needs at the top of your list.

While we understand how you felt rushed at the end of the day, the reasoning for not allowing a test drive was because the units you were interested in were sold. Once a client agrees to purchase we do not allow anyone to look at the vehicle out of respect for them. Anthony and Jordon make a great team. It was a pleasure doing business with them. We just love our new wheels. I went back for my roof rack install today and all was great. They even gave me a car to run around with since I’m from out of town.
