Bought a new 2021 Mazda 3 from them. Paid a lot of money for the extended warranty and an electronic box that was supposed to prevent rust. My air conditioning just got a leak and they said the warranty won't cover it. They will pay for parts but not labour so I would need to pay $509 plus tax. Got a couple rust spots and some scratches that they promised would be taken care of as long as I own my car. Now they say none of it is covered. The sales team lied and ripped me off for thousands of dollars. The service is horrible as well.

This dealership has got to be the worst I have seen in my lifetime. My sister brought in her 2020 CX30 and was told her front bearings were gone and the rear differential was shot. Car has 30000 km on it. Says in the 5 year power train warranty that it’s covered. Been already a week and they say they are waiting to hear from Mazda to get permission to proceed. In the meantime sister is walking and very upset. She gets the brush off when she calls and never any time frame when things will happen.Never seen such nonsense. Will never deal with Pallidino or Mazda ever.

Hi Al, The claim was submitted to Mazda, when it comes to warranty repairs we are required to wait on their approval prior to proceeding. We never want to see any of our clients without a means for transportation. We have a loaner program that we can provide. Just purchased from Palladino today and WOW what a great service i received ! Tristan Tulini was absolutely GREAT !! I'm not sure why Jen or Vanessa are always so rude, they work in the Service Department. They are disrespectful, condescending, uneducated in their field, arrogant, patronizing and leave a distasteful message about the service and company as a whole. I have heard it from many people, this is giving the Palladino name a bad reputation; to the point where customers will shop elsewhere. I have never had such horrible customer service.

I've ordered parts (CarPlay / Android Auto Retrofit) and they were ship the next day and received the following one. Everything was securely packed. This is a service that deserve 5 stars. Thank tou Palladino Mazda.

These guys are not good in customer satisfaction . Never value customer and satisfaction , they try to sell what they have not we ask so I look to other dealership and brand . Not a good place to purchase car .

An absolutely phenomenal experience with Anthony Scola and Marc from Palladino Mazda. From the moment, I walked in the doors, the service they provided me was nothing short of amazing. Marc went above and beyond when managing the financing of my vehicle and made sure to customize everything to my needs. Anthony went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. Both of them did everything to make sure I was taken care of. I can’t recommend both of them enough. I can only hope that the next time I need a vehicle both Anthony and Marc are still working at Palladino Mazda

This is the worst place I have ever visited. I initially gave Mazda 5 stars after the first meeting with the salesperson for confirming the delivery. After 3 weeks of waiting, they said the car we booked is no longer available. I don't want to write the whole story of what happened because I know you guys will definitely delete it. This is what happened when my husband added the Google review. When we complained to Mazda, they responded by flagging that I gave 5 stars. They didn't even value the email we sent. So, I just need to tell you guys not to trust these reviews if they are deleting ones that create a negative image for them.

Hi Manju, the incoming vehicle we reserved for you came in with the incorrect interior colour which was expressed to you immediately. We offered you other options in efforts to rectify the situation to which you declined, as we always strive to go above and beyond for our customers. We reached out to Mazda Canada and they confirmed that no fault was found on the dealership's end and the file was therefore closed.
