We bought a 2017 crv and this is our 3rd winter with it. We've had no issues with until this year. In the cold climate the engine will not hold temperature and because of this we get no heat in the vehicle. This is a safety concern as the windows do not defrost. I've called repeatedly and they keep telling me we are waiting for a fix from tech line. Well it's been since dec 24 and we are now jan 9 and still nothing. Not happy with the service or warranty. I even bought the extended warranty which was 2400$ thinking my vehicle would get repaired. Extremely dissatisfied with this dealership.

Absolutely LOVE Palladino Honda. Always great service, answer any and all questions. Went above and beyond at my last appt. Will definitely be staying with the "Honda Family" when I am ready to start shopping for another vehicle(which won't be for awhile yet as I love my Civic LOL)

My vehicle was leaking a fluid since the last service. I showed up to see if they could take a look. They took my vehicle in right away. They replaced a faulty plug and I was on my way. Didn’t even take 20 minutes. Thanks Tamara!!

Even though I love Honda and they make a great product, I will never, ever shop at Palladino Honda in Sudbury ever, ever, ever again!!! EVER!!!!!

Jordan helped us out in finding us an inexpensive vehicle. It wasn't certified which turned out to be a little bit of a hassle to get it safetied. I have it safetied now and am very happy with it. I would recommend though that anybody buying uncertified would get it inspected by a mechanic prior to purchase to avoid any surprises later.

Daniel, we always inform buyers that a self certify vehicle is sold as is, not certified. That being said, we provide potential buyers with a dealer plate to bring the vehicle to a mechanic if they would like to do so in order to determine what the vehicle would need to be certified. It's great to hear that the vehicle is now certified and that you are very happy with it. Thank you for your recommendation to others!
