I purchased a used Dodge Ram from this dealership From the very beginning, sales consultant Shannon was attentive, prompt, and knowledgeable When we moved to finance, Clint and Ciprian worked very hard to get me the lowest interest rate possible. My delivery driver John, was very friendly, and took great care of my new vehicle on the drive from St. Albert to Calgary. Thank you to Shannon, Clint, Ciprian, and John for all of your help. Your diligence, time, and level of customer service went above and beyond.

I would definitely give St Albert Dodge 10 out of 10, from the moment I contacted them just wanting some more information from leaving with my new vehicle it was stress free. Anton answered every call, text, and questions that I had. Upon meeting me and my boyfriend he was so professional and personable, and also made sure to cover everything and that I understood 😂 This is my second vehicle I’ve ever purchased so I definitely was back and forth but Anton and Daylan have made it easy. Again I would highly recommend them for anyone in the market !

Just purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler. My sales guy, Shane OSEPCHUK was incredibly helpful finding the perfect car for me. Earlier this year my friend purchased a truck from St. Albert dodge and delt with Shane again. He was knowledgeable, kind and there was no pressure to purchase. Been buying jeeps for years and I can’t believe my last experience was the worst ever! I probably will never buy there again I am so disappointed at service and quality. From wrong information on vehicle to calls not being returned to parts not being ordered due to they don’t know what happen! Buying a $80000 vehicle and not getting what you paid for is the most disappointing thing I have ever experienced. Never had issues before when buying from there but I guess my last sales guy no longer worked there so I got someone who sold me a vehicle got his commission and didn’t seem to care about anything after that. Sad truth…
