I was on the market for my first car and did not know what to expect. Our salesman Jordan made me feel comfortable right from the start. He was extremely knowledgeable and very respectful. I would highly recommend Pallidino Honda to anyone who is considering purchasing a car. I love my new car!!

Purchased our 7th new vehicle from Palladino Honda and by far we received the best customer service experience ever. We felt that our loyalty to Honda was appreciated. From the time we walked in to the time that we picked up our new CRV we were treated like friends. No pressure just given all the options available for us to make a decission. Manager Rob; amazing and someone you can trust Salesman James; fantastic and very knowledgable Financing and Warranty salesman Jason once again was excellent to deal with, very friendly and gave us all our options and had no pressure tactics. Best experience we have ever had at Palladino Honda and will definitely return in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Palladino Honda having to do with electrical girdle issues. Tamara Beauchamp, customer service representative, provided to be a real gem to deal with. She was courteous, pleasant and communicatedcleRly regarding the work to be done. I was provided a courtesy car, no hassles. Though it took se ersl weeks, the work was finally completed. Delays were due to parts o.ing in from elsewhere. That k you t.ar for making the experience smooth sing. Nice T.

Attention to detail lacking

We picked up a new vehicle and the roof cross bars weren’t installed as promised. I went in to pick them up and was told that they would have to be ordered in.

Purchasing a Used Honda

When I first encountered Palladino Honda looking for a used Honda for my daughter I was not impressed, a little upset actually. I made an appointment to meet a sales associate a 4:40 p.m. I checked in and then waited until 5:00 p.m feeling a bit discouraged with the lack of attention that i was receiving I got up and left. The next day Palladino Honda reached out to me and I voiced my concerns. Mark Chaumont was then assigned to look after my daughter and I. I decided to give them another chance. All I can say is that I am glad that I did. Mark truly delivered excellent service to my daughter and myself. He took the time to show my daughter all the features of the car. He made purchasing a car a pleasurable experience. She and and I were truly satisfied. I am one that usually buys all my cars from down south due to pricing and service. I honestly believe that the Palladino group is changing this attitude of purchasing automobiles in the north. Thank you D
