Brantford Honda

As I live in Oakville, I had no plans to buy my next Honda from a dealership in Brantford. A client of mine suggested that I contact Calvin St. Germain, and I was truly impressed. He had easy access to the colour, model and trim that I wanted, and we worked out all the details by phone and text over the course of a day or two! By the time we finally met for me to sign the paperwork, it felt like we were old friends. I can heartily recommend Calvin as a good guy who operates honestly, knowledgeably, and as a person you could just as easily have a drink with.

It was time for a change when I was thinking about upgrading from an older Honda to a vehicle that was modern and most importantly safe! Calvin helped me get into a car that was within budget and also had all the safety features I required for a safe commute to work every day. He was knowledgeable and provided great service and made the process of getting into my new car seamless! To anyone who is a first time buyer, thinking of upgrading your vehicle, or working within a tight budget go to Calvin! He is honest and will go through hoops to make sure you’re happy! Also, since I’ve had my car I have always serviced it at this location! Trevor and the entire service staff are so friendly and accommodating! The lounge is amazing and I never feel annoyed waiting for my car to be serviced plus all the caffeine you need! Thanks everyone at Brantford Honda!

I can't say enough good things about Brantford Honda, and I tell everyone I know who's in the market for a new car. From sales, to service to the actual physical space, they are second to none! Calvin St. Germain is the best sales representative I've ever dealt with. He listened to my needs and found the vehicle that was right for me, with no pushy sales tactics. He was professional, knowledgable, friendly and patient while I test drove 4 different vehicles and took up hours of his time. He clearly explained every detail from the moment I walked onto the lot, through to signing on the dotted line. I was well informed throughout the entire process with no pressure to buy. Buying a car? Calvin's your guy! Krista Pikula, in financing, was also friendly and professional. She explained all of my options, made helpful suggestions without pushing me to purchase what I didn't need, and even saved me a few bucks! And finally, I am impressed with the service deparrtment. I had a small part that I noticed was broken about 2 weeks after I got my car. It was questionable whether it occurred before or after my purchase, but Honda took care of it without question. Thanks to Trevor Rogowski for having my back on that one. You need a new car? Go to Brantford Honda! You won't be disappointed.

Amazing Dealership and employees My wife and I were car shopping as our 2008 Ford was showing it's age we stopped into Brantford Honda because my daughter had purchase a 2013 Honda crv a year ago and we wanted to see the new models this is where we met Calvin St. Germain if you are looking to buy a Honda check this guy out we found him very knowlegable on all the different models and options he was very good at explaining where everything was on the new CRV that we purchased and after all this Calvin went out of his way though service to help me solve a problem with my daughters CRV transmission Thank you very much Calvin

I went to Honda to buy my first car and the experience i got was just fantastic. Having gone in today to see the newly renovated building is just amazing. the staff there were really friendly and explained to me everything and the test drives were just fantastic. Calvin St. Germain helped me quite a lot in understanding everything i needed to know about buying a car. If your in the area and are looking for a car I recommend this dealership and car salesman.
