I was not looking forward to buying a new truck as had a less than great experience when we bought our Ford Explorer, but the car died and I needed something. Was recommended by a friend to try St. Albert dodge. The recommendation was 100% correct! Nothing but fantastic service. Have a great truck to haul our family and camper! Would recommend dealing with St. Albert dodge to anyone wanting a new vehicle.

I had already heard great things by word of mouth about St Albert Dodge. But the reason I came to purchase a car through St Albert Dodge is not only because of word of mouth but the fact that my salesman Jeff Crouse remembered me from a previous meeting and called me to see if I was still looking for a car. My credit is in fair shape and Jeff and the finance team were kind and understanding. In the end I purchased a used car (Kia Sportage) with a VERY good interest rate thanks to the St Albert Dodge and their team. They worked very hard to accommodate all of my needs. I highly recommend Jeff Crouse and St Albert Dodge if you are car shopping. Absolutely fantastic experience! Thank you!

Disappointed. As an out of town buyer, I purchased a truck that I was told was in new condition. The truck I received had a very poor exterior and interior detail as well as damage to the interior bolster. The manager I purchased from sent an image of the issue while the truck was being loaded on the trailer and assured me a warranty claim wouldn’t be a problem. After the warranty claim was denied I was offered to “split the bill” for the repair. I was not willing to split the bill, and was told they would look into repairing the leather. Being out of town this was a major inconvenience and hardly a solution. I took the truck to my local dealer and had the bolster replaced for 1/3 the price quoted by St. Albert Dodge. On top of all this, the paperwork to transfer the vehicle into my name was not completed properly and I had to take time to sort this out months after purchasing. I was more than happy to purchase my additional vehicle at my local dealership. We will not purchase another vehicle from St. Albert Dodge.
