They charged me over $130 for an oil change. That's absurd, and far higher than I've ever paid anywhere else. On top of that, they performed a maintenance inspection without even telling me and then told me I had to pay an additional $20 for it. Part of that inspection is to ensure the oil change indicator is reset/off. Yet when I got in the car the indicator was still on. Not a big deal since I know how to reset it, but it's still annoying. The inspection also lists checking tire pressure. Considering they "forgot" to reset the oil change indicator, I decided to double check my tire pressure once I got home. Sure enough, 3 of my tires were too low. Considering they only had my car for about 10-12 minutes, it's incredibly obvious that no such inspection was actually done. If they're going to charge people for services without the customer's permission, they could at least actually do the work they're charging for. Absolutely disgusting practices at this place, and I will never go there again.

It sounds like the service you received based on your comments was not up to your or our expectations and if this be the case I do apologize. Obviously we can not review your situation based on the name attached to the review. Most vehicles use synthetic oil and this is the going price for this service. Having said that our Service Manager would like to review your concerns. I needed a part so went into guelph dealership asked for parts its Christmas and I needed it asap. The parts guy told me they dont sell or can't order the part to call California and order the part for my 2017 dodge ram that i bought at their dealership. So I call California and they told my I dont know why the dealership can't order it because the have an account and can 100 percent order me the part. So I called back the parts and I told the what California said and the still denied being able to do it . Well I called 3 other dealerships and they could all order me the part no problem at all so guelph Wellington dealer ship is useless and I give it 100 percent bad review and will never go there again. Thanks for the help and your awful Christmas spirit.

Jerri was fantastic to us. No pressure at all, and always acting in our best interest. Would strongly recommend her to friends and family. The vehicle we purchased however, is another issue. But we will keep this review positive for Jerri-Ellen's benefit. Thank you.
