Sales staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. Jeff Shackle made the sale very satisfying. Everything was explained to my satisfaction. When I picked up the Pacifica Hybrid the battery was fully charged and Jeff covered all the essential features of the vehicle. Michelle was amazing. She had all the financing done for the lease and we got through the paperwork in no time at all. A very good experience overall.
