The staff are knowledgeable, and all work that we’ve had done has been done well, but they have no sense of timing. We have consistently been told 30-45 minutes for a simple tire change (on rims), and had to wait 2-3 hours on multiple occasions. If it’s going to take hours, it’s not a problem, just tell us in advance so we can make arrangements rather than sit in the single most uncomfortable waiting room chairs of any car dealer we’ve ever been to. Walk in when there are a few people waiting, and you can see them all shifting or perching on the edge of the chairs trying to alleviate back stress. After the last tire change that had my wife sitting and waiting for two hours, we won’t be using them again for basic oil changes and tire changes unless we plan well in advance to leave our Jeep there for the day. Summary: Staff friendliness: 5 stars Staff capability: 5 stars Trust in the mechanics: 5 stars Communications on timing: 1 star Waiting room comfort: negative stars TLDR: Great staff, skilled technical mechanics, terrible sense of time, and the most uncomfortable chairs in any waiting room that we’ve ever had the misfortune of having to sit in.

I appreciate the feedback on your recent service and I am sorry that the time involved was so excessive. Unfortunately we had two of the three staff in the quick lube off unexpectedly yesterday, and of course it is the busiest time of the year for us with seasonal tire changeovers. We attempt to accommodate all customers to ensure they have their snows on so that they have a safe and prepared vehicle for the winter. We strive to take care of everyone in a timely manner, and I am sorry we failed you on this occasion. I apologize our chairs are not more comfortable, unfortunately in order to utilize the space that we have we cannot fit more comfortable chairs in the limited space. Please note we have a free shuttle service within the Guelph area if you would like to wait at local coffee shop or run an errand. Great experience at Wellington Motors. I found it to be a low pressure, pleasant sales experience. Everyone from the sales staff to the financing staff was low key and super friendly. I would recommend them to anyone and will return there for my next vehicle. Thanks to Chris, Dave, and Vanessa for making things go smoothly.

I found sales and business office to be excellent. I would have given you a five star rating but my recent experience with service left me with a foul taste in my mouth. Fix the issues in service then I’m sure a five star rating from me will happen. My most sincere thanks go out to Bruce and Arif you guys have been wonderful you made my new car all the more enjoyable. Chris.

Christopher, thank you for your feed back. I spoke to our Body Shop Manager and I understand your already scheduled to have your hood replaced. In hind site we should never have attempted to repair the original hood. Rest assured we will make it right.
