I took my vehicle in for service this week and I dealt with John in service this week and he was very polite and helpful. I have a Nissan that I purchased through Dodge with an extended warranty which most of the employees seem to have a hard time with. I had two bad experiences with Wellington Motors due to their poor customer service at their service department. I have changed my review now due to John's customer service. Thank you!

Mandy, thank you for your feedback, and apologize if you felt the communication was "short and rude". I spoke with the service adviser you were speaking with.You purchased a pre-owned import vehicle form a different dealer with what is likely a non Chrysler [aftermarket warranty]. Unfortunately you therefore need to return to your selling dealer for repairs under warranty.

I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Wellington motors. 2012 ram 1500 slt, 2018 ram sport and a 2015 jeep Cherokee trail hawk. All 3 vehicles have been amazing. Shout out to Brandon for the ram sport and jeep, by far one of the best sales personalities I have ever had dealings with. Bought both on his suggestion and I am definitely not disappointed. Cheers to the rest of the staff aswell, reception, sales and service are all awesome to deal with.
