Darren and I went into the dealership a few weeks ago thinking that we would be getting high interest rates again and coming home with something we really didn't want but thought we had no other choice. Marcus sat down with us and asked what we were looking for, said he would work the numbers out and give us an answer by Tuesday. We came home today with a 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 blackout addition which we still cannot believe is ours and the lowest rate we could have ever imagined. We can not thank Marcus enough for his kindness, honesty and good salesmanship, best experience we have ever had with a dealership!!! Definitely going to send all my friends to Wellington Motors ❤

I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was at Wellington Motors. From the very beginning, Marcus treated me with dignity, patience, respect, and kindness, far beyond my expectations. He communicated with transparency and consideration of my circumstances every step of the way. I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend this dealership and Marcus in particular, whether you are buying new or used. Customer Service has always been a very passionate thing for me not only in my personal life but in my professional life. I take it very seriously and when there is someone who understands, demonstrates and provides EXCELLENCE in customer service I am a firm believer that it needs to be praised. Earlier this week my husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with MARCUS ATHERTON at wellington Motors. He is a LEADER in customer service, professionalism, and making people feel at ease. There was nothing he couldn’t solve, fix or accommodate. Front line staff who are dealing directly with clients/customers very easily become the face of an organization; the service excellence we experienced with MARCUS ATHERTON; his face is one that everyone will want to see. Having 3 young children under the age of 6, MARCUS went over and above to find the perfect fit for our family. He was able to make paper work signing easy, he was able to contact both my husband and I so when we were ready to sign the final deal everything was DONE. This was the best service I have ever had; I would recommend him to my mother, grandmother, siblings and friends. I’m not sure if Thank you is enough to say but MARCUS ATHERTON thank you for your outstanding service and commitment to make us so happy with our new PACIFICA.
