Never ever would i buy a car from here. My 19 year old daughter bought a 2013 and it needed a transmission in less than 4 months. With absoluetly no help from the manager she had to pay out of pocket. If i could give them a negitive star i would because they are scammers.

Ms. Reading thanks for taking the time to review your daughter's experience with Wellington Motors. I'll take the time to respond to your review. Your daughter purchased her certified 2013 Honda Civic March 28th of this year. Our used vehicles have a 30 day 50/50 power train warranty from the date of purchase. Had a safety related issue occurred within 30 days of your daughter's purchase we would have gladly performed the necessary work at no charge. Late last month I received a phone call from you saying that the transmission in the car was "blown". A day later you called to tell me that a bolt had loosened and fallen out of the shift linkage to the manual transmission. At that time your daughter had owned the car for five months and I let you know that the repair would be her responsibility. Your daughter does have warranty on her tires and rims and as you know we were able to help her replace two tires under this warranty when she had a mishap. Currently your daughter owns her 2013 Civic and is responsible for it's maintenance and repair. Chris Fournier Sales Manager

I picking up my new Fiat 500x tomorrow. I dealt with Marcus and I am more then satisfied. I bought many cars in my life and have never been treated better then I have purchasing this vehical. Marcus went above and beyond. Thank you Marcus and Thank you Wellington Motors.

I just purchased a new (well new to me) jeep patriot and I couldn't be happier. The entire process was so easy and painless. When I arrived at the dealership I met with Marcus from finance who already had me approved, all I needed to do was choose a vehicle. Jeff from Sales had a good idea as to what I was looking for and within no time at all I had a new jeep. Marcus and Jeff are amazing! Super helpful and no BS. Thank you so much...next vehicle will be the Grand Cherokee :)

My wife and I purchased a low km 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie for just under $50,000 from a dealer in Listowel for the purpose of buying a 5th wheel trailer. We were assured by the dealer that it would pull the trailer we had in mind after providing him with the weight details. We were then told by 2 or 3 experienced neighbours that they were concerned whether our 1500 was adequate and one of them suggested that replacing the axles with a 3.95 ratio rather than a 3.21 might work. After consulting with Dave Schneider in sales it was obvious that we made a big mistake as he indicated this would be dangerous to us and damaging to the vehicle. We have now purchased a tow behind trailer that is within the limits outlined by Dave and are now moving past this unfortunate, stressful and very expensive experience. My wife and I certainly intend to do our future Ram business with Wellington Motors and regret that we did not make our initial purchase with them. I would like to publicly convey my appreciation to Dave Schneider as well as Tamara Stark, Business Development and Sam Kassa in the service department all of whom assisted us in bailing out of this mess.
