I’ve been doing business with Wellington Motors for a couple years now, on my third vehicle with them and I have zero complaints about the dealership or the sales rep Dave. Dave represents about 85% of the reason I do business here, he understands I just want to do business and go, He doesn’t waste my time and takes care of everything I want taken care of. For my Jeep needs it’s all Dave and my new pickup again is all Dave. Can’t say enough good about the Dealer or my Sales Guy! Expert in all things Jeep and he looked after my recent custom factory order Ram Pickup. As for the rest of the dealer ship, I had used the collision center once for a front bumper replacement, that was painless, haven’t used the service center yet, but they did a lift and tires on my old Jeep and it was a perfect job and again Dave took care of everything.

Just picked up a used 16 Ram from Wellington. Very happy. Everyone there was great. Picked it up on a Sat and decided I really didn’t want the side steps on it and the Sales Manager found someone there in their own time who graciously removed them for me. Got a great deal on the truck. Thx to everyone at Wellington who treated me like family.

My wife Shannon and I own a chrysler 300 the quality of the customer service provided by Sam in service has been more than excellent. In the past couple of years he has always taken care of us and made sure we are always taken care of.

Bought a 52g truck from Wellington dodge. WENT BACK to pick up gift of $500 visa and a RAM mug from Irish. Since Irish wasn’t in yet Chris told me that he will sort it out for me so I waited. It’s been 20 minutes and he was just walking around and went to his desk without telling me anything. So I asked him and was told that I have to wait for Irish for another 2 hours for a mug? The point is if Someone tells you that he will sort it out for you but waited and ignored is irresponsible. After getting your business that’s how you get treated.
