I bought my previous Civic at another Honda dealership and was not impressed with the service I received as I ended up with an arrogant sales consultant. Since moving to Fredericton, I decided to check out Sutherland Honda to trade in my 2014 Civic for a 2017 model and I'm so happy that I did! I received excellent service from everyone, especially with Dave Allison. Not pushy at all, very patient, fun and outgoing personality and overall, he was the best sales consultant I ever dealt with. :-)
