To start Dean was great to deal with, very nice guy! The reason for the 3 star review was more to do with the financing department. I found it to be unorganized, Tony (very nice fella) we did the credit app with him and signed for a two year sticker on the new truck. He submitted the finance paper work for us ( which we did not sign till the following Monday) a week after going to look at the truck. I had phoned Tony the same day we looked at the truck to ask for a copy of the lease so i could go over it before signing. I then stoped in on Wednesday to pick a copy of it up. No such luck! Didn’t have it ready till the Monday. Showed up to find out I should have brought a blank cheque which I wasn’t told about (event thow I’d asked the week before if he needed anything else) also did not get the 2 year sticker on the truck which we had to go back to get refunded for. At the same time had to pick up the corrected ownership. As a business owner I found it a little disorganized! Was told we couldn’t pick the truck up till Monday as it had to be detailed. Inside was great the outside was very streaked. Rims not that clean. I would go back as Dean was very good to deal with and I think if they had procedure implemented for the hand off from salesman to finance and a check list for customers of needed paperwork would greatly improve the experience. Thanks Dean for the new ram 1500.

Great looking cars and trucks. Staff are a great help for information on and about their vehicles. Bought from here about 15 yrs ago and will be back soon for another.

Purchased a custom order 2018 Pacifica Hybrid from Dean, excellent service, car came in ahead of schedule and we got the best market price for our Dodge Caravan trade in. Absolutely no complaints, not pushy at all. If your looking I highly recommend giving Dean a call.

My mom purchased a new dodge van last September from Dean and Tony. She had such great service that I decided to purchase a car from them too. I was pleased with how I was treated by both Dean and Tony and will return when I deal again. The staff all around has been friendly and helpful. The van has been in for its first checkup and the staff told us every step what was being done to the vehicle. This is a top notch dealership with knowledgeable and friendly staff.
