Jonathan was a pleasure to deal with for the purchase of my new vehicle. He was available when I had questions and got back to me quickly with answers. Ryan in finance was also easy to deal with and knowledgeable about what options were available to me.

I was treated like a valued individual and not just a number. We refer to family in many ways such as our immediate family, our work family; Jim Thompson is my dodge family. Honest, trustworthy and backs their product 100%. Would recommend them to anyone.

I went in on Tuesday and spoke with Dean about test driving a grand Cherokee I had seen on their website (with my specifications of having to be a white one (second choice was black, but it was unlikely I wanted to have that colour), and had to have a sunroof or it would be a deal breaker). When buying my last car Jeep was never a brand that I had thought of looking at (not quite sure why). We discussed some options and he brought me one out to test drive. It was a 2018 blacked out Grand Cherokee. Well turns out I fell in love with it and forgot that I even wanted a white one to begin with! I picked my vehicle up yesterday and am already in love with it! So far the customer service has been great and Jeep could quite possibly be the brand of car I stick with for the rest of my life!

We met with our salesman Dean Myles and he had the exact vehicle ready at the door we wanted and needed . he answered all our questions and did not pressure us at all overall we are very happy and will continue business and will highly recommend Dean to our friends and family
