Loved how our sales person was honest and helpful...but not pushy like some. Was great he got back to us in a tmely manner and was happy to answer all our questions. We really appreciated his honesty and approach . would highly recommend.

Dean Myles was an excellent person to deal at Thompson Chrysler in Kingston, he answered all my questions day or night, he continually worked on finding the right vehicle for me, he didnt stop, all my requests were given to me in the Trailhawk. I would 100% recommend Dean, he is an excellent person to work with. Also Tony was fantastic on the financial side of things. He worked out everything from getting my plates, sticker and speaking with my insurance company. The only thing I had to do was sign. These 2 employees are a value to Thompson Chrysler. I will be back and passing the word. Thank you Deanne Lapointe

Bought a Dodge Caravan 4 and 1/2 months ago. Got a flat today. Not happy at all! Not only did I not have jack but I had no spare either. Get the van towed to Jim Thompson's. Only to be told that my model did not come with a spare! When I picked the van up I specifically asked where my spare was. I was told by the staff at Jim Thompson's that i had a donut spare under the van at the front between the front seats. So they/you blatantly lied to me! At the very least You should equip my van with the spare you told i had!!
