Being a branded dealership, the service department has to make a dollar. Unfortunately the cost is being downloaded to the customer. To be competitive in business means more than over charge customers. I am sure when non warranty work comes in, the prices and rates go up because company does not tell them what they will be paid to repair something. Save your money go to a hard working independent garage if it is not covered under warranty. They will appreciate the opportunity to earn your business.

I have finally purchased my first truck and I love it....my final choice was Ram 1500 Bighorn. However that was not easily accomplished because of me. I have historically had back issues and the thought of moving from one vehicle to another is usually not something I welcome. However, I met with Jonathan Plant who stuck with me during the purchase to accommodate my needs and budget as well. Jonathan was extremely patient as i spent hours trying vehicles, positioning seats, repositioning seats with my back getting more sore each time. Finally i had to make the move trusting my back pain would calm down once i settled into the new seats. I originally purchased a more base Ram 1500. I had to have grey . Jonathan searched until grey was found. I had to include step rails and a hitch . Jonathan made it happen. So away I went with my new grey truck......for one week. The seats would not adjust to fit my required position so i continued to have back pain. I returned to meet with Jonathan. I know he was surprised when I told him I needed to trade it in on something else. I had been driving Caravans in the past and i wanted change . But sadly felt I would have to go with what had always fit me. Jon asked me to give him a few days. His phone call a few days later conveyed some unexpected news. Do you like the Burgundy show room Ram Bighorn? His solution to my situation was to put me into the truck I had been dreaming of. It had electronic multi adjustable seats . I was concerned however that the payments for the upgrade may be more then i wanted to pay. Well again, Jon went to bat...and returned a payment that was manageable . So again I started the process of trying out the adjustable seats in another Bighorn. A Midnight Forest model. I was still experiencing back pain but took the plunge knowing any seats could not be more accommodating then these. My last request of Jonathan......Can i change my mind and have the Midnight Forest model. He made it happen. 6 months now and i love this truck more everyday. Great seats! I am so grateful for the patience extended to me and the hard work Jon did to put me into my dream vehicle. I would absolutely recommend partnering with him to get into your next vehicle. Thanks again Jon and Thompson Chrysler. Chris

Didn't get a good vibe from the team here. Felt like we were being "handled" and we got the feeling that making the sale mattered more than us getting what we wanted and needed. Ended up buying our car elsewhere.
