I used to be a Brantford Honda customer but I no longer deal with them. One of the main reasons is the stupid "shop fee" that they tack on to each service invoice. This is nothing more than a money grab by the dealership! In order to sell you a new car, they require you to purchase extra options that you don't want. Once again this is another money grab by the dealership! As well, they damaged one of my winter steel rims while they had it in storage, but they refused to take responsibility for that! The only good thing that I liked was that their service dept was open on Saturdays!

April of 2022 was a great experience with Aaron when I purchased my 2022 Accord Sport 2.0T. Boy oh bou how the times have changed. Unrealistic trade valuation ($5000 - $6000) less than other dealers because the car has now been mildly modified (springs, wheels, intake) and has to be returned to oem spec to sell on our lot is a pretty good way to sway my decision to shop elsewhere. Thanks but no thanks
