Good place to deal with they are honest not pushy and treat you right. Oil changes are on the high side as a loyal customer for years i would like to see them lower there rate. It would mean a lot to there customers.

My experience with Collingwood Toyota was fantastic, Everything from my first visit to the last day i left with my car went so smoothly. Sales Manager explained everything i needed to know about my vehicle and i left confidently. Three months down the line after purchase and i recomend them as the best dealership in the area in Collingwood. Thanks Ed Akiit.

Very happy to get a vehicle in spite of both of us having to wait a while for finalization of my insurance settlement.

The personnel were great. I expect that due to the shortage of vehicles at the time, dealerships in general were less apt to accommodate customers requests for minor changes and inexpensive options, which this customer considers major improvements, without any extra cost, such as a rear bumper protector, side window vents,, winter wiper blades, and smaller diameter wheels vs those hideous looking 18" wheels with less than 2 inches of tire sidewall between the wheels and the road.

This dealership exceeded my expectations. I needed a Tacoma. They took the time to find my truck. Ted Rush texted me with updates as to they had coming in. I bought my truck sight unseen and have no regrets. THEY EVEN PICKED ME UP IN GUELPH!!!

I recently picked up my new 2021Rav4 at Collingwood Toyota. Although the Covid protocols were in place my experience with Ted Rush making tthe deal, while signing the papers, reviewing the cars features, etc...was that it was conducted in a friendly, enjoyable, professional and thorough way. When I need another new car I will be coming back again and again and again....!
