Salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly. The actual sales process was handled efficiently. The only downside to the whole process was having to wait six months for the car to arrive.

I have been dealing with Collingwood Toyota for over 31 years since we’ve moved here from the Newmarket, ON area. My most recent lease will make this vehicle my 9th car/truck/ SUV over these years. Even my boys have grown up driving the vehicles we have purchased/leased from CT. Better yet, out of those 9 vehicles, 4 of them have manual transmissions and Ted R is always calling me right away because he knows we are the tiny minority of drivers who can operate a manual transmission. H ahahaha All of our dealings have been pleasant, fair, and dependable over the decades! What can I say? My wife particularly loves their Service Department since they always speak to her on the level. They are quick to explain what needs to be serviced versus treatment that can wait/be delayed. Call us fans of this dealership, but I make it a point to send my trusted friends there. Do yourself a favour, spend the money and save the Advils/Aspirins; deal with Collingwood Toyota moving forward. It’s fantastic peace of mind and when you have a finite budget, these folks have had our backs. Peace Be The Journey!

The sales staff at Collingwood Toyota were excellent. My sales person Ted Rush made sure I was fully educated about my new Toyota RAV4 Hybrid before I left the lot. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them!!
