Was very appreciative how helpful the staff were and honest. Had to pay off my car, and then at that same time had my baby. So took a few days to show up to my appointment. But the service was seamless, kind and honest. Would recommend to friends an family

I had the pleasure of meeting Matt, he is a straight shooter, tells it like it is and gets it done. I had some problems with my tundra, not big ones , more computer stuff . He just makes it happen, very friendly guy, and certainly knows his stuff

Nice place at all. It's nice when you arrive at a commercial establishment and find someone who treats you like a friend. Well, that happened to me today. While cleaning the snow off my windshield I broke the wipers. So I called Toyota Collingwood and was answered by a gentleman named Andy, it was my luck on the phone he already explained what could have happened and told me to take the car to him. They fixed the wipers and I went home happy. Thank you friend, keep up the excellent work. God bless.

Victoria Rose, has absolutely horrible customer service skills. Very unprofessional language and communication! Simply asked a few questions and was treated very poorly and unprofessional! Certainly needs to be re-educated on professional language and composure with clients! Would rather give a negative star then 1 star!
