Body shop was excellent. Sales department unprofessional.

Repairs in body shop were well done. Vehicle was done when promised, all concerns were explained. Excellent! Sales gave us a rather blunt and rude answer when asked for a best price. We expect a polite "That is the best we can do" or "How can we make this work"

Went in for a wheel alignment,mechanic said he could not adjust right tie rod but gave it a alignment,i'm no mechanic but how can you give a wheel alignment if you can adjust a tie rod? long story short i got charged for it(501.54) and now the vehicle pulls to the right

We had a recall on the airbag for our 2007 GMC Sierra. We phoned Craig Dunn service dept and talked to Stacey. She was friendly, professional, and said she would order the part and call us when it came in to book an appointment. She called a few days later and booked us an appointment to get it changed. When we took it in, she greeted us like family, and happily took care of it. Courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable and all around great woman to work with. She always takes care of her customers.

We dealt with DEVON FORD and the first thing he did was offer us a coffee and brought it to us. I talked briefly with Devon on Thursday 5:45 pm ,they were closed Friday. We drove 4 1/2 Hours on sat ,arrived 9 am .Devon had jeep washed and warmed up ready for test drive . It was a done deal early after noon ,he made sure we had gas for drive home and also helped to arrange for a upgraded room at a inn in Portage la Prairie . I,m 54 years old and have bought several vehicles from dealership in the past and this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. People like Devon only come around once in a life time and I personally would recommend to make him head of the sales staff.Thank you CRAIG DUNN for the wonderful 2014 Jeep Trail Hawk .

My experience at Craig Dunn was easy, which is important to me. I especially appreciated the way Kelly took care of me and found me something I would not have expected I could afford. It was more than i expected and I am very happy in my new vehicle. Everyone at Craig Dunn was extremely helpful, respectful, and made a scary purchase fun!

The windshield wipers were not working on our Acadia and they were fixed quickly and because our daughter dropped it off I made arrangements to pay for it at a later date and everyone was very accommodating. Thank you again.
