Tommy Saritho, was awesome, we came in for parts and of the bat he offered as coffee and showed us where the parts department, the customer service Tommy offered at the door was amazing. Will come buy a car from Tommy for sure.

Ten years ago I went to St Albert Dodge to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee, I had a terrible experience and swore I would never go back!! Well ten years later my husband said, " that was because of one sales person and one manager, not the dealership and those guys are probably gone". So I went back last week ;-) I can happily tell you I have only great things to say about the Salesman Tommy Saritho and Ciprian Enache the Finance Manager. Ensured I had everything I was looking for quickly, great follow up and open and up front with every detail!! Well done guys, you won back a customer!!

We inquired about trading in two vehicles to 1) lose a payment and 2) get a bigger family SUV. Shannon and Daylan worked out an awesome deal to help my fiancé and I get into a vehicle that fit our needs and budget. We will definitely return in the future when it’s time to upgrade. Very great customer service. All their employees are great but I would Highly recommend to deal With STEVE RAM, he went out of his way to find me a fair price and good ride at same time with every feature in it. Currently ballin in a Jeep Wrangler Sahara with most updated features on deck ! Cheers

I called St Ab dodge at the end of April looking for a jeep, I had previously dealt with another jeep dealer but was not impressed in the slightest…(LD..I’ll let you figure out who that is with the initials) Upon calling St Ab Dodge I was transferred to Shannon, after speaking with him I headed to the dealership to meet in person..I told him what I was looking for in a jeep, and after a couple back and forth options we found the perfect one! I ain’t gonna lie, the payments where higher where I wanted to be, but that was due to a cash offer to pay off some debt that I pay monthly on, so really it worked out to close to even! I’ve owned the vehicle for three days now and in those days I had questions regarding features on the jeep that I thought weren’t working correctly, so I texted Shannon who replied super fast and was already making arrangements to get the issue fixed (the “issue” fixed itself btw). In closing I would 110% recommend St Ab Dodge to anyone in the market for a new vehicle, and would strongly recommend asking for Shannon as your salesman!! Hopefully when the time comes for a another vehicle he’s still there so I can work with him again!!
