Amazing service from empire east London my credit was poor and didn't think I could get a vehicle but Shawn Uz did amazing and got a lender to work with me thanks Shawn Uz awesome job keep it up

If you are not sure about cars. Then you should meet Deepak. He is the best!! He will simple think and do the best for any of his customer. Amazing service from deepak. You can really trust his advice about cars. I hope he really gets credited for his amazing quality ! I would definitely refer him in future for anything related to cars. His experience and passion towards cars will impress you.

Huge shout out to the amazing Empire Auto family for getting me into an amazing Mercedes C300! I want to thank Munzir, Peter and the incredible service department. You guys are amazing! Huge shout out to Shawn for all his hard work on getting this done for me, I would recommend Shawn to everyone I know as he truly goes above and beyond!! Which means we never dealt with you or sold you a vehicle, so you could of never had a "bad" experience with us. Had a fantastic experience purchasing my vehicle from Empire Auto! The staff were very professional and welcoming and the sales team was very transparent throughout the entire buying process. The car was meticulously detailed and serviced prior to delivery. I would definitely recommend Empire Auto to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I would not get from this company ever again. Do research Omvic as well as MTO London have had many run ins with this company. To sum it up We were advised we would get a Audi 2012 with 120,000km we got a Audi 2012 with 126,000km. They received payment before I received my vehicle. They lied the entire time. This matter will be going to court. Please learn from our experience do not buy from EMPIRE AUTO. You can ask any question about my experience and I will gladly answer to the best of my ability. I have also reported to the better business bureau of Canada. I have contacted a lawyer. Do not put you and your family in the same position. I have and he has refused to service the vehicle unless I change my review.

Made an appointment came on the date and time my appointment was for and was told that there is nothing in the system in regards to an appointment, then they agreed to do the oil change and have been sitting here for 2 hours and counting. Wow the list goes on about the issues iv had since dealing with Empire auto unfortunately.
