We went through empire auto to upgrade our vehicle. The service that Deepak and Alex gave us was outstanding. Deepak went above and beyond what we expected and found us a beautiful vehicle within our budget. I definitely recommend them. The best service ever! My rep was Shawn and he was very knowledgeable and efficient from day 1. I had many questions at different times of the day that he always made himself available to answer. Shawn is a down to earth guy who understands people. He made our transaction convenient for me. He was very accommodating and made sure he was able to get the vehicle that was practical for my family needs. Since I made a deposit, I felt super ignored with excuses left right and centre as to why I am being ignored. So I backed out of Persuing a vehicle with them but since Friday I have been waiting for my money back and I am so glad someone left an honest review of their dealings with Kareem. End of day Monday and I'm still waiting for my money back.
