Great experience. When I couldn’t get financing for a bigger vehicle but Osman managed to somehow. Would definitely recommend him. Beyond great full!!

Kareem, Nicole and the whole team are extremely helpful and diligent in the whole process. You won't regret dealing with Empire Auto Group. I have never dealt with a dealership that cares so much and give you the best client experience at the same time. I would definitely recommend them!

Very happy with the car i bought so far except disappointed in ozzi because he promised me to take care of paying the first month but finally didny hope you guys van fix the situation since he never got back to me since i messaged him about that other wise im very satisfied and it would be a five star

This place is a good place they helped me get into what I wanted and needed they had also helped my wife get out of a really bad situation which made both.of us happy they are very kind , happy pll that are alway willing to help anyone out thanks guy for what you have done for us we appreciate everything

We went to empire for the sole purpose to trade in my husband's journey while there I also had an current lease at a different location so while my husband and myself where greeted and helped right they even helped me get out of what I didn't know was a vary high interest rate 🤦‍♀️ so going in for a truck we ended walking away with a new truck and a new car with lower interest rate for me Shawn Nora and Sam where excellent they went over and beyond to help us they worked hard and quickly !! And got us exactly what we wanted hands down the best buying a car experience I have ever dealt with . They where super easy going and where always making sure we where okay and needed anything while we waited for them to work there incredible magic thank you my husband and I walked away with both our dream cars and you guys made our dreams reality .. I highly recommend to visit them and also walk away with your dream
