This was my first time dealing with Jackson’s Toyota- my sales rep was super customer orientated, friendly, and helped me get the car I wanted at a great price. Really impressed with the service.

They need to be more customer focused, especially with women. Service advisor was abrupt with explanation. Needs to be more friendly and ask if any other questions, is this a good time to talk. Dealership is expensive too. No discounts .

Ordered the vehicle in December 2021 with a block heater to be installed but that was not done. It is paid for and they are suppose to call me when the block heater comes in. They will install it in October they said when i go in for my first oil change.

We always get good service here. We have now purchased 3 vehicles there and if the need arises, we will definitely be back. Their service department is top notch. Always keeping us posted on costs and timing. We trust them completely.
