Your sales team gets the five stars! I bought a brand new truck from your sales department was very happy with purchase and have bought from you guys in the past with 0 problems. I have never seen your service department in the past Up until recently. I bought a truck that practically lives at the service department with only 8000 kms on it . Yes that’s correct eight thousand not 80 thousand! They have order wrong parts consistently! They broke a bolt inside the engine that they still haven’t fixed. Every time I go to pick up my truck there’s a problem . You can look at the records the amount of times I have had to bring it there . Its a 2017 Chevy Colorado with a BDS suspension lift kit Done by you guys! Hopefully your service department can fix my truck properly so I can trade it on something that I will actually be able to drive. You probably know who I am unless your service department makes a habit of breaking bolts inside of new engines. You would think that you put so much effort in selling vehicles that it might rub off with your service department to keep a customer happy ! Please fix my truck so I can move on !

Be careful if your grandparents are buying from them, they will try to take advantage of mentally ill people. They will vastly undervaluing your trade in, up the price of their older models if they see they can and finalize it by selling you unneeded adding. They are sharks that’s pray on the weak.

Brought my truck in for a routine maintenance package, only to be blind sided by repairs not required.

After informing the staff I was not interested in trading/selling my truck, I got a call an hour later for over $2000 in repairs, not including the broken shock that was missed. I got all repairs required fixed elsewhere for $900.

I'm normally not one to leave negative reviews about places but I really feel like I need to speak up about the extremely negative experience I had at Wheaton. I bought my truck there in June of 2017. Have been 50/50 with how I'd felt about the service I'd received there since buying it but nothing grave to raise a fuss about. I booked my truck in for service for three things: an axle seal that was leaking, a squeaking steering wheel (3rd time I had brought it in for this), and a recall for a new oil pump and was thinking they would change the oil when they did the pump. I booked my truck in 13 days early thinking they should have ample time to get the parts and all should be good. I dropped it off at 7:30 in the morning and the service consultant (Chris F) told me that the oil pump would not be done because they didn't have the parts in stock and that they would see about getting the axle seal done but that the shop has been very busy due to the cold weather. Apparently me booking it in 13 days early wasn't enough notice?... When I brought up my frustrations he passed the blame off on the girl that booked the appointment and said that it was her fault that the parts were not in and that she has no say in what parts are ordered. Feeling frustrated I left my truck for the day. I received a text from him later in the day saying the service would not be done and I instructed him not to worry about the oil change as I would do it myself. Of course all I received were excuses as to why the service was not done with little concessions of fault on the dealership nor attempts to make me feel like my business matters. When I picked up my truck all that waited for me was a bill for $100 for the oil change (which should have been done when they did the oil pump recall for free) and the axle seal and oil pump still not fixed. The squeak in the steering wheel was finally fixed properly now (maybe because I raised a stink finally?) When I spoke to him that if this is how they treat customers that I would be getting my service work done elsewhere. I took my truck to another dealership that went above and beyond even giving me a loaner vehicle for the day and that had my truck fixed and washed when I picked it up. I will be telling everyone and anyone I know to shop elsewhere for vehicles after this experience. They have lost my business purely based on how they treat their customers and the very poor experience that I had.

Absolutely amazing service from Patrick Crowthers in sales and a special mention to Devin Wilson in finance. Patrick went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I was after, 2019 Trax, he even moved all the vehicles out of the show room because the one I was after was the floor model. Great salesman, he felt just like a friend that was helping you out. If you chose to buy a vehicle from Wheaton Chev, make sure you ask for Patrick! Special mention to Devin Wilson in finance. My heart skipped a few beats when I was waiting to see if I was able to afford my Trax but Devin made me feel comfortable, gave me a few laughs for sure and worked it all out. Great guy! Seriously, if you are looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend Wheaton Chevrolet and the hands down amazing staff. Thanks again, guys!
