My wife and I recently purchased a preowned minivan at SMP and received exceptional service from Brandon and Jami. Brandon really went to bat for us when other potential buyers were eyeing the van we wanted. And we still ending up paying a very fair price in my opinion. The whole process was quick and painless and we came home with a van that will work excellently for me and my wheelchair. I’d highly recommend asking for Brandon and Jami the next time you visit SMP. 👍

I went into SMP wanting to check out a vehicle for 20k. I told the salesman I wanted to check out that vehicle specifically. He pulls up all their vehicles worth 35k. I said okay that’s nice but I would like to spend no more than 20k. So he pulled up vehicles for 33k. This went on and on until finally I ended up buying a vehicle for 27k because I’d been there so long and just wanted to get out of there. I was told my bi-weekly payments would be a certain amount, and once I put my deposit down I was told he made a mistake and that my bi weekly payment would be $50 more than he originally told me. Shortly after I bought the vehicle I realized the seat warmer doesn’t work so I reached out to ask if they’d fix it since it was sold to me like that. They told me I need to pay $159/hr to have the problem diagnosed. I expressed frustration that I bought a vehicle with something not working and now I was being made to pay for what wasn’t working when they sold it to me. They told me they’d forward my concerns to a manager. I told them I needed to be contacted via email due to my schedule that makes me unavailable most of the work day. It’s been 6 days and I have not heard from a manager. I have sent multiple emails reminding them I still haven’t heard from the manager and they are no longer responding to my emails.
