Bought my first car in Canada - Mazda CX-5 from SMP recently after visiting 2 other dealerships with unsatisfactory customer service and I must say its been a wonderful experience so far. Great customer service and I am really happy and satisfied with my purchase. Many thanks to Jeff Bailey for making this journey smooth and enjoyable. Jeff is such a nice and kind gentleman who goes that extra mile to make you feel comfortable and satisfied during the process. He was very patient throughout the test drive process and even took me to SGI for registration and then dropped me back home! I would 200% recommend him for anyone looking to buy a new car especially those who are new to the country and know nothing much about the process. I bet he will make the process enjoyable and satisfactory. Also, thanks to Riun for helping me with the financing! Overall, its been a great experience at SMP so far! Highly recommend them!

Best experience I've had buying a vehicle. Isaiah was a great salesman and helped me get into a vehicle that was perfect for me. They went above and beyond I would highly recommend trading in or buying at SMP!

Purchased a vehicle thru smp 3 months ago and am having some serious issues with the vehicle. I live 4 hours away from saskatoon. I pulled into town and the vehicle said service engine and is in limp mode now. I'm very disgusted with the people at smp as I brought the vehicle to them 4 weeks after buying it because it was having troubles and they said nothing was wrong now I am stuck in saskatoon because nowhere can get me in and get it looked at. Do not recommend!

I tried doing business with SMP but was lied too and toyed with. The sales staff and managers where very unprofessional and the lack of business ethics displayed by Cory Reisling are very disappointing.

I tried to offer a price because I was in a bind, and they would not budge. They got me in full price with what they were asking PLUS more. I would take my business elsewhere.

Amar was the best salesperson I could get. He made my experience purchasing my first car from a dealership an comfortable with no stress. He was an amazing and honest salesman and i highly recommend him to people who want to purchase a new car!
