I was searching on SMP's website for a used SUV. I found one and dealt with Steve Maughan. He was FANTASTIC and went above and beyond and his service was exceptional. Steve is very professional and answered all my questions with no hesitation. The SMP team are a great bunch of people. I also got to pick an awesome gift from SMP's Prize Mountain! Saskatoon Motor Products LTD.is highly recommended

When my 13-year old vehicle had the transmission blow up on it, Stevie J at SMP was able to help me out the next day. He worked with me to find a vehicle that worked for my needs within my price range. Jami in finance was also very helpful in getting everything lined up and figured out. The staff at SMP were very helpful and made finding a replacement vehicle very simple!

Worst service and brutally offended. I'm in the market for a new vehicle, I had been to 3 other dealerships before this one and the other dealerships were very helpful and could accommodate lots of vehicles in my price range. I got to SMP and a salesman walked up to us right away, he asked what I was looking for and what my price range was, once I told him he stuck his nose up at me, told me he couldn't help me, so I told him 3 other dealerships could accommodate within my budget and he just rolled his eyes and walked away. Will never ever go back to this place and will be spreading the word, nobody should be treated like that anywhere and a salesmen should never act like someone isn't worth the time.
