Took out RVR in for its first service since we bought it. Fast and efficient. Price was reasonable and they answered questions that we had. So far so good

Great people, great service and great prices! I bought one car from them and was so pleased that within 2 months traded 2 other family vehicles for new Mitsubishi's. With a 10 year warranty and Bank St. Mitsubishi sales and service you can't go wrong!

This place is awful. My friend went in to purchase a car from them, and they had told him that in order to hold the car, he had to put a $500 deposit down for the car, so he did. When they couldn't come up with an agreement on the price, he decided he didn't want it anymore. But the dealership is refusing to refund him his $500 deposit, even though he isn't purchasing the car, and they are offering other customers the same car. He has text messages from his salesperson Cham, who told him in the texts that he could have his deposit back if he decided he didn't want the car. He spoke to the sales manager who ended up threatening him and telling him to get a lawyer because they weren't going to give him the deposit back. Asking around, we learned that they have done this numerous times to many different customers. DO NOT BUY HERE. They will steal you deposit if you change your mind, and they will be rude and threatening about it. Not sure how this place is still in business. We are going to try and bring this to a couple news stations in the area to get the word out about this horrid "dealership". There are other Mitsubishi dealerships in the city that are respectful, and are worth spending your money at.
