Terrible customer service. Bad attitude. I'm not even sure if they do anything to the car when I'm taking it there to service. VERY DISHONEST. TOO MANY CATCHES ON THE SELL THAT THEY WONT TELL YOU. The warranty is the Biggest scam and worse Lie they will tell you. Save yourself and don't buy anything from them!

Cham and the sales crew worked hard for my business. Very pleased with my purchase and the price it came in at. This is not my first Mitsubishi, though that one was purchased at a dealership closer to where we lived at the time. We are confident that the service department at Bank Street Mitsubishi will take care of this vehicle as well as the last one.
