I actually give it 0 stars for Sales and 1 star for Service. Used car salesman would have more honor than these guys. I'm not sure if the service guys could fix a bicycle let alone a car. My Outlander was terrible. Very Noisy, Terrible paint, Terrible radio/backup camera screen, Terrible door locking mechanism. And yes it's ugly inside and out but my girlfriend really liked the fact that it had a third row of seats. It's got NO RESALE VALUE, so yes I lost thousands and thousands of dollars but it was better than losing my mind.

I was asked to show up early morning 7 o clock to get change my frontal air bag when i reach there reprentative told me we are so much busy could you come some other day ! Seriously ! No respect for customer time...never visit again.

The worst service I have ever seen. We decided to back out of buying from them after our co signer didn't want the responsibility and not only did they refuse to give us our deposit back but they also tried charging us for work that was done on the car when they told us it wouldn't even be ready until 2 days after we decided to cancel. They tried charging us over $2000 for rush proofing, which we never wanted in the first place. Before backing out they put an extended warranty on our contract, after we told them numerous times that we did not want it. The finance manager also put my boyfriend down as the co signer (it was originally my mom) without asking any permission or granting any signature from him after we told them that we didn't want the car anymore. They are shady and dishonest, I would not buy a shirt from these people let alone a car!!!
