I bought a car from this dealership in 2011 after my father reccommended them to me and raved about the service. Unfortunately, since then, they must have changed management because i've had nothing but problems regarding them honouring their warranties. First, I got rust proofing for the car and last year a large chunk of paint came off with rust clearly visible underneath it and another spot starting to form. Naturally I took it to them to have it looked at; after EIGHT WEEKS they refused to cover it under the warranty because they said it was 'road damage' cause by a stone. To put this in perspective the chunk of paint that came off was the size of a looney! When I enquired about the residual spot that was bubbling and lifting off they told me that moisture had gotten under the paint and started to lift it. I went to an independent body man and he told me they were clearly trying to get out of taking any responsibility for it and that there was a problem with the metal in the door and the whole door would need to be replaced. After going back and speaking to the dealership manager, who said 'I don't really know anything about cars' (really?!?), he said the 'best he could do is cover half the cost' which ran me $500 out of pocket for something that I was told was covered when I first bought the warranty. Second thing that happened was I had gone on vacation for two weeks and came back to a car that wouldn't start because the battery was gone (let me remind you that at this point my car isn't even three years old). After getting it towed to the dealer I get a call at work that the battery was no good and they replaced it for me at 'a deal' of $234. I asked about it being covered by the warranty and they said that the battery is under a seperate warranty that's 2 years/60,000km. So to reiterate: they gave me a rust proofing warranty that doesn't cover rust and a bumper to bumper warranty that doesn't cover anything between the bumpers?!?! My advice, stay away from Dilawri Bank Street Mitsubishi!!

All the staff are very welcoming. My experience was amazing! Sam helped me from start to finished. He is awesome and amazing, going out of his way in helping me from commute, test drive, information about the car. My experience was a total blast. Please let the management know of my opinion about Sam.

Very incompetent mechanics. The service manager Dave is the rudest person I ever dealt with. Donnelley's Mitsubishi would love to have your business. Thank you for all your screw ups.

I went to Dilawri because it was the only place that had a selection of Lancers in my area. I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for but Chantal was able to understand what I was looking for and led me to a car that I eventually purchased. Throughout the entire process she was unbelievably kind, I felt like I was dealing with a friend, the complete opposite of what I expected from a car saleswoman. She made sure everything was clear and complete. She went out of her way to make sure I everything was easy for me. She even shuttled me to work when they were setting up my remote starter! I can't speak for the rest of the staff, but Chantal is amazing!

The staff that I dealt with at Bank Street Mitsubishi were very courteous, informative & patient. Georges, Chamnan & Mo showed me various used & new models which also included test drives. Financing was easily acquired with Georges help & Chamnan was efficient at showing me many features of the RVR. With Mo leading his staff, this is a very efficient dealership. One star is missing because there is always room for improvement, no matter what role you are playing.

It did not take long to make our decision. We came in looking for an economical AWD. Jay helped us look through their lot for the right used 'Mits" for us, even the right price! He made us feel like a million bucks. He answered every single question we pestered him with. We dont want to forget George in finance and honorable mention to Mo, the manager. Good guys!! Our impression of dealerships have definitely changed. The day we picked up our car, it was ready and sparkling!! We would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated like they REALLY matter. Thank you for being sincere ye all(:
