Bad customer service. I made an appointment for service and called back to reschedule. The girl couldn't find my appointment in her system which it was fine with me so I told her I'll just schedule another time. But the entire phone call, she sounded very rude and didn't want to help me. Then she put me on hold and hung up the phone. I will never go to this location. Poor attitude....

If I could give them a zero star, I would. The wife and I went to the dealership with a budget and asked to test drive a used Mitsubishi SUV. I told them that I normally go for Toyota and Honda, which I normally "valued more" but wanted to see how an RVR or something similar compares to CRV . The sales person (apparently the manager) got offended and started making cheap jokes. I got angry and asked him to to apologize. Then the other salesman, Sam, started to waste my time and started showing me other cars (that I didn't want) while ignoring the test drive request. When I didn't let up on the apology demand, he started making cheap small talk and asking me about my marriage!!??..how personal...to cut things short the conversation escalated, Sam also became rude and I left the showroom even as the sales manager apologized....it was just too late by then. It was a horrible experience and I felt like the two sales people needed some basic customer service training. The dealership was obviously empty for a reason...which was prob also affecting the sales people's stress levels. The way I see it, if Mitsubishi wants to attract customers to their products, they need to have a top notch and highly professional sales force to do their work...non- serious staff like those mentioned above just tarnish their name. I would not be recommending this dealership to anyone I know.
