I absolutely love the energy that this dealership has. They have great staff who will do whatever it takes to get you into the ride that you are looking for. I went in on a whim to see what could possibly be available to me, as i was trading in my vehicle for something a little economical. I dealt with SIMON SINGH. Let me tell you, I felt the odds would be against me when I went in looking. Not thinking there might be something in the lot for me…Not only did Simon find it right then and there, he had it ready for a test drive in no time that evening. Did the test drive, and fell in love. The papers were drawn up and i was able to pick it up the next day…. What FANTASTIC service. Not only was he not a pushy salesperson, he listened, positive the whole time. Such a pleasant guy. For some of the finances, i dealt with Clint. Another super person. Worked out the best deal for me. And between the two, no upselling. Everything was cut and dry. When it comes to replacing this beauty that I bought, i will be back to this dealership. We purchased a 2019 Ram from TJ and had some issues on the way home. We called TJ and he got it in the shop immediately but unfortunately it had some unknown issues. We needed to get back to BC and TJ worked out a deal on another truck and got is on the road right away. 1st class service from a dealer we have never dealt with. We purchase over 350 vehicles annually and these guys are #1 with us you can trust them and their word is good. Thanks again TJ for getting us on the road quickly Sid

After months of weighing out the pros and cons of keeping my SUV I decided to get in touch with St.Albert Dodge. I put in my information on the website and I had a response within a few hours. Sarah Donna was the one that called me, she was so kind and sweet. I met with her on a Saturday. Within 20min she already showed me the truck I wanted. I was introduced to another gentleman named Kas, he explained everything to me and made it all clear, they both reassured me they would do what they could to get me in that truck. On the Monday I got a call from Evan Nikolaj he was already informed of what I wanted. He too said we would do what he could to get me the best trade in price for my SUV. By Wednesday Evan and Sarah had it all done and the truck I wanted was all mine. I’m so happy and lucky with what I got. I’m a single parent and anything helps. Thanks to everybody involved Sarah, Evan and Kas you 3 made me a happy man. My son loves the truck too. Thank you.

My husband and I just picked up our new 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Simon. We keep coming back to St. Albert Dodge because the staff and the service are amazing. Simon is always helpful and attentive. He listens to understand what we are looking for, and he finds the right vehicle for us. We have always been treated so well. We have always been given great deals on our trades. Chad Davis is amazing! And I recommend anyone wanting a trade or to get into their first vehicle to go and see him ASAP! My family and I have been buying vehicles from Chad at St Albert Dodge since 2019. And as of today I just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from him, and he made the process so easy. Chad is so personable and he goes above and beyond any salesperson I have ever dealt with. Although Chad is my favorite, at St Albert Dodge I have to say, everyone at the dealership is so kind and so inviting, I never leave that place without a smile. Once again, thank you Chad for getting me into something that I love!
