Helping your son find a good used vehicle might be a challenge at the best of times. Try feeling secure about that when you are in Toronto and the son and vehicles are in the Okanagan ! Within 15 minutes and just before the dealerships closing time, Leif Peek followed up on my online inquiry about a posted used vehicle. I explained my remote situation and Leif understood that he needed to make up for the lack of a face to face time with detail and honesty. Leif provided me with an overview and then sent me some detailed history about the car. He then took a couple of calls and answered a few emails from me several hours past closing on that first day. My son and I quickly decided that he needed to see and drive the vehicle. Leif took an email deposit that same evening and forwarded it to his management staff to hold the vehicle for a few days. In the next few days, Leif answered more questions and allowed me to be confident in a vehicle that was 4000 Km away to the point where I negotiated the deal with Leif representing me to the management staff as if I was in the showroom. My son simply had to like the car and find no surprises.. Well he loved it and the car exceeded expectations. It was a pleasure dealing with Leif and the team at Vernon Chrysler. As a career sales manager, I appreciate the character and credibility as well as the knowledge and work ethic Leif exhibited. Leif, you made an unusual used car purchase process a very comfortable and enjoyable experience for my son and I ! Thank you....... D & B Brooks

For nearly 3 years I've been without a vehicle because I hadn't needed one, until now. I was reluctant to make the jump in fear of not finding the right deal, make or model considering I'm a rookie in sourcing vehicles. I exchanged thoughts and ideas with my Dad who lives in Ontario on several options, striking out left and right as mentioned earlier - inexperience. It wasn't until he came back with a posting from this dealership in Vernon, BC. A 2013 Chrysler 200 brought to us in part by Leif Peek. A gentleman and a scholar, he tidied up the right deal and sent me on my way with a solid machine at a great price. Kudos Leif, it made the bus trip from Penticton worth the drive back! Plus, ringing the dealership "gong" after signing was pretty cool. All the best to the gang in Vernon.

Vernon dodge is the worst dealership I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. We were going to buy another Dodge Dart, the sales team didn't ever tell us what they wanted for the car, and when we didn't take there deal, we were told to leave and never come back. Five star dealer? Yeah right! Maybe 1 star.

It's so peculiar, everyone either rates us 5 stars or 1 star - there's nothing in between. Obviously we would never do something like this to a client wanting to buy a vehicle from us. So why would they insinuate we would? Why wouldn't they take some responsibility for the outcome, recognizing that we are a friendly group of people who want everyone to buy from us and no one to have to go elsewhere? We really do enjoy responding to constructive criticism; reviews like this are just silly and meritless. We are nothing like what this person has represented.

Dream come true! For years I've wanted/dreamed of walking into a dealership. Sitting down with a sales man and building my dream truck. The guys at Vernon helped make that happen! Landon, Dan and Scott all bent over backwards for me and held my hand along the way. The level of service and the genuine appreciation they have towards you is amazing. Your not just a sale to these guys. They actually pay attention to you and what your needing/wanting. I live in kamloops and have two dodge dealerships here and have no problem making the drive to see these guys! Haven't received my truck order/build yet. But feel I am in GREAT hands!
