BUYER BEWARE I am so disappointed. I’ve already had a bad experience last year with pothier motors but I was looking for a specific bike that they just happened to had have. So I purchased it for 22500 plus plus plus. Close to 30 k in the end. I’m walking out to the bike after a month of ownership and about 1500 km driven and I just happened to look at the rear tire and it was down to the metal ply.this bike had a new inspection when I bought it so I assumed the rear tire would of at least ok. 500$ for a new tire but what makes me angry was I was driving my wife and kids around on this bike If they left a bald tire pass inspection what else did they not check. Ps they will not return my calls or emails. So so disappointed. Chad,So you take the time to review and respond to a bad review but not contact the customer who relied on your company to sell a safe vehicle for the road. You had amble time to respond but choose not to Funny thing is when you guys tried 3 times to repair the paint on my Jeep and I ended up taking it to a different dealer (who fixed it properly the first time,Thank You Dartmouth Dodge so much for fixing the paint that pothier motors did such a horrible job with)after pothier had it for over a month ,it was the same excuse. That it was the fault of a 3 rd party Here’s an idea. Start taking responsibility I have no patience for someone who blames others when there’s issues UPDATE So wanted to give an update on the bike I bought from these guys. The bike always ran hot but it was my understanding that these bikes run hot anyways.So I’ve been told that the bike was sumping. Oil building up in parts of the engine where it’s not suppose to accumulate. Prematurely wearing the engine out. So now I’m into the price of the bike , a new tire for the bike to be safe to ride and now a $8000 engine job. Thanks pothier motors. You got my money and sold me a POS. Again buyer beware If you buy a vehicle from these guys new great. You have warranty but if you buy use or a motorbike from these please don’t make my mistake and buy here

Hi George, the first record of any correspondence we have is from yesterday evening. The salesperson you dealt with forwarded it to me today to look into, and we had every intention of investigating the issue. It was safetied by an independent motorcycle shop and passed without any issues. I have very little patience for someone who writes a bad review without speaking to me or giving us a fair opportunity to rectify the issue. Had you handled this in a professional manner we would have been happy to try and assist you. We have been in business since 1957 and build our business on our reputation. -Chad
Customer service still exists!

In today's world, customer service is a forgotten art, but not here. From my first interactions with Dylan and the sales team showed a drive to create an unmatched customer service experience. Throughout the purchasing process everyone was amazing to deal with and made me a lifetime customer!

Amazing service

If I could give them a score of 12, I would. The entire Pothier team made purchasing our new RAM truck so easy. From our test drive Thursday night to pick up on Saturday morning, Stan and his team took the time to make sure they explained everything, and we were happy and informed through the entire process. Recommend them to everyone!!

I have been dealing with Pothier Motors for years, and purchased many trucks there, the sales staff know the products, the service department always look after my vehicles in a fast and friendly manner staff, I always recommend them to friends. 5 star rating.

Great buying experience at Pothier Motors

I recently bought a new Dodge Ram (diesel) Longhorn at Pothier Motors. I worked with Timothy Bowman on this deal and with Jamie Pothier on the follow-up paperwork. I have nothing but the highest praise for Timothy and Jamie; they made this experience a positive one. The dealership itself is clean, bright and inviting. The service department was very accommodating and prompt with the services I added to my truck. I highly recommend this dealership and its staff if you are in the market to buy a new or used vehicle.
