Bought a Ram 1500 there several years ago and everything went smoothly. Inquired about a Ram 3500 several times and a convenience trade but my sales person never got back to me. Emails all say delivered. So, I guess they are now ignoring past customers and potential future sales. Some of us can't just pop into dealerships because we live several hours away. Email contact is vital. Anyways. Lost sale and I probably won't return here. I shouldn't have to hound businesses to spend my money. They should hound me. But welcome to 2023 where nobody seems to care about customer service. On a more positive note when I did buy my last truck there the service department was great and all the staff seemed good. It's a beautiful dealership.

Hello Ryan, You did send an email on March 8th and I apologize it was missed. I cannot see a secondary inquiry but I cannot see everything remotely on a Sunday.
