Lindsay Buick GMC has been fantastic to deal with. They embody customer service through each department, and their communication is excellent. They have worked hard to ensure our needs as customers were met, and we always felt like they were doing all they could to get us (back) on the road! Shannon Bulmer, Joe Teatro, Dan Moore , Ornella Roberts and Jesse Wright are fantastic!

In person customer service is excellent. But telephone message response is very slow. It's always disappointing when you go in for $335 brake maintenance and end up with a $1400 bill for pads and routers. They did call for approval to proceed, but the lower priced options that had previously been discussed were not available. I have to trust that I really needed it, because they didn't show me the worn parts.

I had my car fixed there on Wednesday and was in and out 8n about an hour and a bit . The service tech did everything he could to keep the price down for me.

Courteous, friendly helpful interactions with service and reception staff. I was shuttled immediately to the Lindsay Mall while my vehicle was being serviced. I was contacted as soon as it was done and shuttled back to the dealership. Everything that was done to my vehicle was clearly explained on the invoice and any questions or problems were answered and addressed personally and patiently.

Great service, they provided me with a ride home, picked me up when done, called with an estimate and requested approval for some unforeseen work that came up in the inspection, and were polite and courteous throughout.
