the car service was complete on time as promised, you cant ask for more than that.

Oil change , and the drivers side back door handle had fallen off and the tech reinstalled it.

My brother referred me to Mr. Janakiram. He described Sid as a very honest, kind salesman who he has purchased several infiniti's from in the past. I can echo my brother's opinion of Sid. My experience purchasing this infiniti was made very easy even though I live almost 200 km away. I found Sid to me very professional, patient and responded very well to my vehicle needs.

First thing you do when you arrive at Woodchester Infiniti is to make sure you ask for Joe, you will not be disappointed. He is by far the most exceptional salesmen I have ever encountered. Prior to coming to Woodchester I put a deposit down on a new Infiniti at 401 Dixie. Unfortunately they weren't being upfront with me and I felt skeptical because they would take forever to get back to me with my finance approval and took them over a month to give me my deposit back. They would ignore my messages and if it weren't for me personally going there I would have waited even longer. At first I was skeptical about buying used but Joe ensured me I have nothing to worry about and he let me take the car out for as long as I wanted, get it checked out by a close friend who has been a trusted mechanic for over 15 years for my father. I ended up purchasing a used Infiniti FX35 and have enjoyed the car more each and every day. I never felt pressured or pushed to buy the car, Joe was always laid-back and you can tell he is an experienced salesmen who is not looking to just sell and forget about the clients satisfaction. He is always available to you if you just ask. The little things he did are what make Joe above and beyond. I had someone scratch my car and he had it buffed out for me like new and gave me a complimentary wash also. Also, my wife and I are expecting our first boy and when we came to pick up our vehicle he greeted us with a lovely present for our baby boy. Would like to take this time to thank Joe once again and to anyone reading this remember to ask for Joe! Best, Peter
