From the moment when we walked in to post picking up the Q50 it has been first class all the way.

Donie not only knew everything about the 'Q' he also provided an unbiased and respectful point of view of the competitive vehicles and encouraged to go and try them out. He even gave the model number to request. The test drive: In the past its been the awkward situation of having the sales manager in the back seat chirping as we go. With Donie, he gave us the keys and told us to take it and try it out. At a competitor the rep even took a call while we were testing out the car. Decision time: Donie waited to see which direction we were heading and then when asked provided his point of view, least to say, we followed his lead and are thrilled with our decision. We have two Acuras and thought they treated us well but already we're seeing how Infiniti has raised the bar with service.

We couldn't be happier with our purchase from Woodchester Nissan. From start to finish, Joe Moumdjian made sure everything was done right for us. The car was in tip top shape when we picked it up, and Joe really went the extra mile to make sure we would be happy with our purchase for years to come. This was absolutely the easiest and most pleasant car purchase we've ever made, and we would definitely recommend Woodchester Nissan to friends.
