It was a great experience dealing with Rana Ahsan who did not pressure us but did everything to make our purchase a pleasure.

Rana was very helpful and forthcoming with information and gave us the best deal on our car that he could. We will return to your dealership again and have told everyone in North Bay about our experience with your dealership and we felt that Woodchester Nissan was willing to deal, not like the dealerships in the North.

As soon as I walked in Shaun was amazing to deal with and very helpful. I told him what I was looking for and how much I wanted my payments to be and he said it should not be a problem and it was not. I went back a few days later for a test drive and signed the papers that day. I work for an insurance company right now and before this I worked for a collision company so I understand how important customer service is because good word of mouth can be priceless. Shaun was honest and up front from the start which made the whole process that much better. I will be sure to send anyone I know looking for a new ride over to Shaun. Thank you

The service was great. We just had a couple of issues with the actual vehicle. Unfortunately we discovered there was a problem with the speaker/microphone after received the car.. It was not discovered until the end of the day after work. I was trying to connect my phone via Bluetooth and it would not connect... After a few days going back and forth to the local dealership that was discovered that there was a loose wire in the console. The technician had to take out the whole dashboard console to find the problem. Unlike the 2014 Altima that we purchased last year, the 2015 Pathfinder telephony call feature is very elaborate and time consuming.. It takes many steps to make a simple call. I expected/assumed the functionality would be the same. The Pathfinder telephony feature feels like a step back, lacking in the ease of function Sincerely Jenny Chow-Paradis, Owner 2105 Pathfinder
