Had explained my issues with the representative while I made an appointment. Seemed to me that the service representative had no idea why my car was brought in during the day of my appointment. Found out that only certain issues can be completed by certain employees during certain days of the week. Was mislead and uneducated on the manufactures warranty and extended warranty procedures. Overall just not impressed with the whole experience of buying my first new car at Roy Nichols. . As a person that does alot of travelling for work. I figured Roy nichols would do alot more to keep my business and be more concerned with my cars maintenance schedule. At the end of the day. I'm looking at needing 6 to 8 brand new cars in my career. Due to the distance I travel. Just don't think that Roy Nichols cares to keep my business.

Car was in for service, they got me a rental car, call me when it was repaired and it only took a day!

I had brought my car in to get fixed 3 different times and was sent away stating nothing was wrong. I have since had major transmission work completed by OMS who was able to find the issues.

The customer service was amazing but they basically had to keep telling me I was crazy and nothing was wrong which was what had been communicated to them. Everyone was friendly but unfortunately unhelpful.
