I just bought a new vehicle from South Trail Chrysler (STC), and it was a smooth transaction, and an overall great experience. I found the vehicle that I wanted on STC's website, and I called to inquire. I was put in touch with a salesman Mark Kasparian and invited to come down to take a look. Mark was great to deal with. Very nice, and easy to communicate with via phone and text while we were dealing on the SUV and my trade over the next few days after my test drive. Mark helped me get the deal that I was looking for on my trade and the new one. Later, when I went to the dealership to drop off my trade and pick up the new one, Mark had the vehicle spotlessly clean, and ready to go. He was ready to spend time with me going over every aspect of the new vehicle with me, but I was in hurry, and he respected my time and just went over the most important stuff with me. I know that if I wanted to go over the vehicle from bumper to bumper, he was ready to do that. I was also pleased that when I met with the finance guy (Chad), there were no surprises on my bill of sale when I went in to pay. No mysterious charges or undiscussed line items. It was exactly what we discussed, down to the penny (that doesn't always happen). I don't keep vehicles very long, and therefore deal with a lot of different dealerships. I have had bad service from various dealerships, and dealt with some greasy sales people. I highly recommend South Trail Chrysler. I don't usually do reviews either, but these guys deserved a shout out. If you are looking for any kind of a Dodge or Jeep product, go see Mark Kasparian and you wont be disappointed.

Our experience at South Trail Chrysler was professional, transparent, and customer service was fantastic. Alex Kubyshkin was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at and made our car shopping experience much better than expected. We would definitely recommend this dealership!

Our family was kicking tires looking at trucks when we met Mark Kasparian at South Trail Chrysler. He educated us about all of the features and options available in the new RAM's, which was lots, and helped us find the ideal truck for us. The whole time Mark never pushed any sale, just was helpful and courteous answering all our questions. The same can be said for the rest of the staff at South Trail from ownership on down. We will be back next time we are looking for a vehicle.

Even with a simple oil change, they throw in a carwash for free. I really value that and it makes this dealership stand out from the others. I won’t go anywhere else.
