Just wasted 1 hour at the dealership. Other dealerships offer better pricing with 0% interest rates. They messaged and called me several times to come here. They said, we will offer you the best but they can’t even match the price with other dealers and will tell you that you have wrong information. Such a shame! You were trying to sell me a 2020 sport for $63000 and when i showed you eastside dodge is selling 2020 laramie for $63000. Your response was we can’t lose money! Who loses money in a dealership like this? You said, we will offer you the best. Well, I was there but your best wasn’t!! I was not taking advantage of 2 incentives! Incentive 1 - $10000 off 2.99% interest. Incentive 2 - $3750 off 0% interest. Everyone is doing atleast these discounts and you are the one who just keeps on messaging and calling but can’t even compete with market!! Whoever is reading just go to eastside dodge or any other for the best prices.

Hello, we are sorry to hear that you didn't have a 5 star experience with us. It appears as though you were trying to take advantage of two separate incentives at the same time. You see the truck you were interested in can either have a large discount, or you can choose 0% and a smaller discount off the MSRP. We even offered you further savings on top of that, but we cannot control what another dealer is willing to do. I do not believe it is fair to leave a poor review simply because we would not lose money to sell our truck.

South Trail has been absolutely outstanding to me. I bought a 2019 Ram 2500 from them almost a year ago and not for a moment do I regret my purchase from them. Alicia was a huge help and extremely knowledgeable, which in return helped me get into the truck of my dreams. Treavor has always gone above and beyond for me, has always listened intently to my concerns and rectified even the smallest issues that I've had, as admittedly I can be a somewhat difficult customer to please. All of the staff that I have had the pleasure of getting to know have been beyond exceptional. Big shout out to Alicia, Treavor, Jenn, Mark, Mike, Lynn and Karl. Thanks a million, I look forward to doing more business with you all in the near future!

Buying a pre-owned vehicle

We had a great experience with buying a pre-owned vehicle from South Trail. Dima was professional and very helpful. The whole team made us feel very comfortable and were straight forward, never making us feel that they were there just to sell you a car. I would recommend South Trail Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram to my friends and family.

Service (i mean the work on the vehicle) makes the difference for a dealership. Honest service techs that you can trust, not to mention the shuttle service is absolutely a luxury during covid times not sure if it is normally like that but wow that saves me time and money!

Service conducted but process was poor.

Service was booked online and i checked in online prior to arrival as requested. On arrival, was told that there was no key drop and vehicle had to be brouught into enclosed garage space to 'check-in'. Service rep appeared to have no knowledge of the appt and what had been requested. Free inspections that were on the online booking don't appear to have been conducted or if they were, no report recieved. Service was completed quickly but appt process and Covid measures could be improved.

There was no pressure at all. In the Financial department, I had Chad, and he’s was the exact same way. I’d highly recommend them and would buy there again. Thanks again fellas.
