Recently purchased a new Wrangler and can’t believe how incredible and patient Jonathan was! If not for him, I wouldn’t have the Jeep knowledge I do today and definitely would have purchased the wrong vehicle. The location is super convenient for me and service couldn’t be better! The picture is only as it was during purchase, pick up was sparkling!

Last year I had very unfavorable credit conditions from another dealer, and thanks to the financial manager Alex Kubyshkin we did refinancing and I changed the car for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee!!! Many thanks to Alex, who is still in touch with me on all issues, like with a child. I have already been to the service twice, changed the windshield and yesterday I changed the oil. Everything is top notch. I really appreciate that Alex cares about people, and not just about sales. A reliable place to buy a car on the best terms for you, with lifelong support from managers

I had the best experience possible at South Trail Chrysler. I went into the dealership to just look around for a pre-used vehicle. Lee took the time to listen to what we were looking for, our budget and what we needed it for. He recommended 3 different vehicles and we instantly fell in love with one of them. He took the time to show us all of the features on the vehicle and never pressured us into buying it. We knew that we had to act fast or that car was going to go! So, we ended up buying that day. Eduardo Mathews helped us with the financial side and he was also amazing. He made sure to get us the best possible deal with the extended warranty and financing together. Both of the associates were so friendly with our young son and baby daughter and made us feel welcome. Thank you so much for all your help!

I’ve dealt with a lot of different shops over the years, owned Fords, and GMC mostly but this is hands down the absolute best place to deal with in terms of service department. We bought our Chrysler van used at a different dealer but have always serviced it here and each and every visit is a treat. From intake to checkout all of the staff have always been great. Well done folks, I appreciate you!

Didn't buy my car here, but when I lost the security key for my lug nuts, Jed R. helped me out by replacing the locking lug nuts for regular ones - for free! I was expecting to pay a bundle for a new key. Really appreciate it! I'll be sure to come by for a proper service sometime. Thank you guys!

Purchased two vehicles in the matter of a week, one for ourselves and one for a family member at two different locations. I have to say that South Trail service has been top notch and above and beyond expectations, well above what we experienced at the second dealership. We had an issues with transit to BC, and a service issue on the second vehicle that they were order to sort out without delay. I also come here regularly for service on my work vehicle even though we now have Chevy Equinox's instead of Dodge Journeys!

I was in South Trail yesterday having my truck repaired. I was completely blown away by how amazing Nadine and the shuttle driver were. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Both of them went over and above for me. A very big thank you to the shuttle driver for his customer service and kindness. I'll definitely be back!!!
